Is it cheaper to buy biltong in bulk?
Yes. 100g packs work out at $219.90 a kilo, or $208.90 after the automatic 5%. The 2kg pack is $135.00 a kilo ($128.25 after 5%), which is 38% less, and on subscription it's $121.50, 41% less than 100g packs bought one-off. Orders over 2kg are priced on request.
How many serves are in 1kg of biltong?
20 serves of 50g, each with around 30g of protein. A 2kg pack is 40 serves.
How is bulk biltong packed?
In resealable 250g pouches. 1kg arrives as four, 2kg as eight, so only the one you're eating is ever open.
