At Aussie Biltong, we’re confident you’ll love our premium, grass-fed beef biltong but on the rare occasion something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
We want you to be happy with your Aussie Biltong. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items (e.g., change of mind) within 30 days of delivery.
Return Methods & Fees

In-Store Drop-off: You may return your item to our Bondi location free of charge.:

By Post: You may mail your return back to us. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Condition of Items For a full refund, items returned for "change of mind" must be unopened and in their original packaging. If an item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover all costs to rectify the issue.
We offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if:
● Your order arrives damaged or compromised
● You receive the wrong product
● There is a quality issue (e.g. spoilage, faulty seal, or packaging error)
● The product arrives significantly late and has spoiled due to shipping delays
If something’s wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product and packaging
This helps us resolve it quickly and improve future orders for everyone.
Depending on the issue, we’ll offer:
● A replacement shipment
● A refund to your original payment method
● A store credit or discount for a future purchase
We’ll always do our best to make it right.
We ship worldwide but can’t control customs delays or restrictions in your country. If your parcel is held, delayed, or returned due to import laws, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds for that.
Please check your country’s import rules before ordering meat-based products.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or unclaimed parcel, we can resend it but additional shipping costs may apply. Refunds may not be possible if the product is no longer in resellable condition.
At Aussie Biltong, we stand behind every slice, strip, and shred of our biltong, because it’s made with the best beef in Australia and crafted by a real chef who gives a damn.
